Dear Swim Families- Here are directions for how to volunteer at the home meets. Sign up soon!
June 1st
Volunteering
1. After filling out everything required for the R.S.V.P., go back to the calendar and click on the name of the meet you just signed your child(ren) to participate in (directly above the R.S.V.P. button). (If using the swim meet list to volunteer, just click the uppercase V and skip step 2.)
2. At the bottom of the box, you will see a link titled “Click here to volunteer.”
3. Click the link and choose the job you are interested in helping with during the meet. You only have to select one session to work (1st or 2nd), but the more you can help, the better the meet runs.
4. Fill in your email address (that you provided us when you registered) to sign up. You will receive an email reminding you of your job closer to the meet.
Please remember to find a replacement for your job if you are unable to attend the meet after you have signed up to volunteer.
Also, if you do not sign up for a job and there are left over positions the night of the meet, the meet coordinator will assign jobs randomly to family members. Remember that every family is required to have at least one parent/adult volunteer at each meet that their child(ren) attends. Exceptions apply. See FAQ section on website for more information.
