The PDF order form can only be accessed/viewed through the news feed, so please go to the website, click on the news feed about the t-shirt order, and open the PDF file listed if interested in ordering t-shirts.  You will not see it attached to the previous email.  If you have any questions about how to view the order form, please email me.
