Couple Reminders!

A friendly reminder to RSVP for the practice meet this Thursday (June 14th) by 6:00 pm Monday evening (June 11th).  

Also, we will be assigning volunteers for the DuQuoin meet tomorrow (June 11th).  If you would like to have some input about where you will volunteer, please sign up today.  Every family will be assigned at least one job (more jobs will be assigned if needed).  Families with only one swimmer that is 6 and under will be given priority to work the 1st shift.  Everyone else will be assigned as needed.  We have all had to work past the time that our child is done swimming.  We try to make a mental note and rotate people at each meet for 3rd shift, but that only works if everyone helps out.  Also, please note that where you sign up online does not guarantee you that job.  We are not hosting the meet.  They will ultimately assign as needed.  Please come ready to help out where needed and enjoy the swimmers' races!

Please sign up to volunteer for the practice meet too while you are on the site.  This will make our job easier.  We need all those spots filled, so feel free to work more than one shift and/or have both spouses sign up.  We need EVERYONE!!  And remember signing up ahead of time makes it more likely that you will be assigned a job and shift that you are comfortable working.  Get on there and pick your own! :)
