I have had a ton of questions lately on how to RSVP, how to know if your RSVP was accepted by website, and how to know if you have volunteered.  The following will be step by step instructions on how to do these things.  If you follow these steps and still do not think you are finding the info you need please text me @322-9870.  I am willing to have a little get together thursday morning after practice at my house if needed.  

How to RSVP

• log in to website (login is email address, password is iswim) 
• find the swim meet you want to rsvp  for (you can do this on the swim meets tab or calendar tab)
• click on RSVP icon next to the swim meet you wish to sign up for
• this will open the RSVP page for your swimmer/swimmers
• click YES or NO for each swimmer and enter number or parents attending
• click SAVE at bottom of screen

How to know if RSVP was accepted into system (multiple ways to do this)

• check your email (every time you RSVP an email should be sent to you)
• check the calendar or swim meets list (a green or red dot should be on RSVP icon Green=YES and Red=NO)
• If you do not see dots don't worry.....Log out and then Log back in to website ( I don't know why this is neccessary sometimes)
• GOTO PARENTS PAGE!  This page is awesome and provides a ton of information.  (to access parents page you need to be logged in....click on ACTIONS tab at top right of webpage, from drop down menu select parents page, when on this page you can click on black triangles to open and close information regarding RSVP and Volunteer status. It also shows information on what meets you need to sign up for.

How to Volunteer

• log in to website
• find the swim meet you want to volunteer for (you can do this on the swim meets tab or calendar tab)
• click on the Volunteer icon next to the swim meet you wish to sign up for
• this will open the Volunteer screen
• click on the job you wish to sign up for
• click save at bottom of screen

How to know if Volunteer status was saved

• Follow same method used to check for RSVP status as listed above..........

Remember to log out and log in to website frequently so it updates your info.  I have found this to be the most frequent issue causing confusion for parents.
