Championships are Saturday, June 27.  I have attached their meet packet for you to all read through.  It is very informative!!!  Our warm-ups are the last slot at 8:25 am, but parking will be an issue.  There is a baseball tournament running that day too, so arriving early may be a good idea. :)  It should get over around 1:00 pm, so not too long.  Hopefully, every swimmer will have a GREAT meet!!!

Here are some details:

Not everyone will be asked to go to Championships.  Coach Susan does a GREAT job of making the best line up that she can (She already has some plans I'm sure. :)  ), and she will use a variety of swimmers in different age groups just to get points for our team.  Like I mentioned previously, she might use a 5 year old in a 13-14 relay, so PLEASE RSVP "yes" even if you think your child won't be asked.  You just never know, and Coach Susan needs as many swimmers as possible to pick from to make the best roster.  

RSVP is due by THIS Friday (June 12th).  This will give Coach Susan time to make the best possible roster and get everything turned in to Herrin.  She will post the Championship roster at the pool during practice when she is finished.  Again, please know that even if you RSVP "yes," your swimmer may not be asked to swim, but Coach Susan will do her best to make a great roster that includes as many swimmers as possible/needed.  We appreciate all of you!!!  She also will have to make sure all of the swimmers she includes swam 3 sanctioned meets.  Thanks so much for understanding!!!

Please notice that the packet discusses t-shirt orders and ad placement in the heat sheets.  These are due by July 13 (THIS Saturday).  We have not received the t-shirt info yet, but will get that to you soon.  Please give your t-shirt order forms (after you receive them) to Coach Susan or Joli Lybarger this week or on Saturday at the meet (before it starts).  The ads to purchase for the heat sheets are explained in the packet and will be something you will do on your own if you decide to purchase those.

This is a lot of info.  Please let me know if you have any questions!!!  The meet packet should tell you everything, and then just RSVP.  You will find out the following week if your child is going and what events they will be swimming.
