All the results for the previous meets are now posted on our webpage.  When you click on the "Swim Meets" tab, you will see links to the meet files.  

The Salem Swordfish have been Rocking the Blocks!!!!  We won the first dual meet against Herrin.  At the Herrin Invitational we had 7 swimmers set meet records, and we had 11 High Point winners.  Then at Olney we received 5th place out of 12 teams, and we only took 20 swimmers!!!  7 of those 20 were High Point winners, too!!  ALL of our swimmers have been setting personal best times at these beginning meets, and we are soooo proud of all of their hard work!  It takes all of us practicing and giving our best to place at invitationals and to win dual meets!  Lets do it again tonight at Mt. Vernon!! :)

We also have had two !!Super Star Swimmers!! already break SISL records this year....Grace Foltz (50 Meter Breast) and Jairen Stroud (25 AND 50 Meter Free)!!!  The AMAZING 13-14 200 Meter Medley relay (Liv Marquardt, Grace Foltz, Maggie Telford, and Kaitlyn Mayer) also broke a SISL record, too!!  These records are very hard to break, so if you see these swimmers give them a big pat on the back!! :)  Check out the other Salem swimmers who have broke these records in the past (There are a lot of them!!) by clicking the "Manual" tab and going to "SISL Records."  

Lets hope the rain clears up, and we have another fantastic week of Swordfish swimming!!!
