Hello, Swordfish family!  Thanks again for volunteering last night!  We appreciate your help so much!!  As a reminder, tomorrow is the last day to sign up for the Mt. Vernon Invitational.  If you are planning on attending, please sign up to volunteer.  I will be sending the volunteer sheet Friday morning.  Each family would only have to work one session!  Thanks for helping!

Also, the ribbon box will be at practice tomorrow.  Please have your swimmer look for their last name in the file box and grab their ribbons!  I hope they are excited to get them!
