Warm-ups for the Mt. Vernon Invite on Saturday will be at 7:30 a.m.  Please be at the Mt. Vernon pool by 7:15.

Picture Day will be at practice on July 7.  Please wear your team suit if you have one; if not, any suit is fine.  Pictures start at 7:00 a.m. at the pool for everyone.

RSVP is now open for all July meets except Championships.  In order to attend Championships, you must have participated in three SISL meets this summer.  Please note:  The Olney vs. Salem meet was not a SISL meet.
