The deadline to RSVP for Herrin is tonight. Please do not ask to be added after today. It is a lot of work for us to add people after the deadline. Thank you so much for respecting this. If you need help, please respond to this email. 

Team shirts are due tonight, too! Order before midnight! Thank you! This is another area that is hard to handle if people request after the deadline. Thank you for respecting the deadlines. It is so helpful!! :)

PLEASE volunteer if you signed your child up to swim at Herrin. Everyone volunteers at every meet. It takes a large village to make meets run smoothly. Please help our volunteer coordinator! Sign up, so she doesn't have to text you. 

There are notes you can leave for the coaches when you RSVP. Please note if you aren't going to be at a meet with your child or will be later or need a 1st shift or a 2nd shift. Sharon needs to appoint people to jobs if they do not volunteer. It is a lot of work to change things if she finds out at the meet that you can't volunteer. Please either volunteer or let her know why you can't. This is important. Thank you so much!
